We are looking for Events Coordinator or supply of facility for those sustainable events. such has Weddings, Anniversary, Steam building, Get together, other Events.

Are you Passionate about organizing events, bringing peoples together, and making positive impact on people’s mind for a very long time after each event, you are welcome to bring your subjection and your input, we will be pleased to hear from you.
If we agree to continue further after hearing your suggestion and your input we will be pleased to share some of our agreement this is not a final one, this is a way that we will like to preside.
The first condition as we are agreed you are working for Sookoon Resources on this premise for organizing an event for us or our clients, all damages accidently or volunteer dont by our clients or her gust on Sookoon Resources property, all damages belong clients to pays
The second condition we rent our premises and with some facilities that we agreed, you are responsible of all your clients his gust’ damages on Sookoon Resources property by accident or volunteer, all damages belong you to pays.
In the first condition you will have to follow Sookoon Resources or our client, a list of our requirement specifications in writing agreed & sing by both parties. In the agreement for the events a list such as. (1) A list of agreed things to does for the event, (2) Quantity of authorized persons & workers and a time schedule for specifical worker to be on premise for this event. (3) A list of things & good to be supply such chairs, tables, tents, decorations, etc. for the event. (4) A list of food & drink and quantity will be supplied for the event. (5) Remove all you waste for the events from our site.
In the second condition you bring your clients to your event, you organize, with your facilities on our permises you provide you agreed we agreed to provide , or your facilities you provide we have agreed by writhing sing by both parties

First let us explain what facilities we have and what we can share.
Sookoon Resources is a place. between L’Escalier, Gros Bois and Mare Tabac, Bordered by one side by the Rivier du poste
The domain is surrounded by sugar cane fields, the place is very greedy, well maintained and prepared for an Eco Farm, with many fruit trees, vegetables, flowers, and some animal farms.
The place I’ve been preparing also for in the near future, that they can accommodate some guest house and one multi per post building, for some of our future activity.
All the business plan is already done, All the project drawing already done, already summit to the District council and as per them some clearance has to be granted by the government some applications have been done for some clearance and we are waiting after receiving the all clearance, perhaps some modification has to be adjust accordingly to fit the projects to all the requirement.
Sookoon Resources have more than 32,000 m2, our road is in dirt and well maintained, we do our best to keep our yard very greedy and maintain our riverside very clean.
The Sookoon Resources are 3km from the nearest habitation and the main asphalt road, we’re off grid of electricity line, water pipe, telephone line. We produce our electricity by solar panels, we get water for our domestic use spring water, gardening we use river water, for drinking water we use bottled water, we have a good cellphone and internet signal.

Some Activity we recommend in group or alone Music, Sport, Fitness, Roomba, Yoga, Meditation, all can be practical in an open space, & other activity

If you are a monitor of one of these activities, I am sure you will find a place to setup your group do enjoy your activity.
The place is quite far from daily routine, is covered by many trees, near a riverbank and well maintained, you can hear the birds singing, the hear and see water flow of the rives, hear and feel the wind in the trees and enjoy the pleasant place.

For some peoples sometimes they are ready to share to share with family and friend some event or sometime the event is one in lifetime, and if we are the organizer of the event, we have a big responsibility to make the event a success for them.
What we expected from our Partners all engagement we take from a client for an event have to be fulfilled has per the contract, the client and his guest have to enjoy every moment of the event.

Hours and flexibility

Flexible hours: Some events typically take place on weekends such as wedding and etc. so you’ll work up on weekend as per the events and our agreement.

Some events days may require later finishes (around 8 PM, sometimes after midnight).
