Off-Road Trail Therapy at Sookoon Resources
Trail Therapy is a pioneering support programme that combines the power of mountain biking with proven therapeutic practices to assist individuals living with diagnosed mental health conditions.
Designed to harness both physical movement and psychological wellbeing, the Trail Therapy journey runs for 6–8 weeks, with one dedicated 2-hour session each week. Over the course of the programme, participants explore the concept of FLOW—a state where focused attention and purposeful movement align to create remarkable benefits. Through guided rides and reflective exercises, riders experience meaningful improvements in:
- Mindfulness & concentration
- Social connection
- Emotional regulation
- Decision-making skills
“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts, for every tide, every breeze, and every glimmer of sunlight reveals a deeper harmony we too often forget.”
— Rachel Carson

“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.”
“In the presence of nature, a wild delight runs through the man, in spite of real sorrows. The landscape glows with its own unborrowed light, reminding us that peace and renewal are always within reach if we choose to see them.”

Why Choose Us ?
A short, informal call where we get to know your plans, understand what you're aiming to build, and decide together whether our support would be a good match.
A targeted one-to-one consultation focused entirely on the area you want help with—whether that’s programme design, referral networks, monitoring impact, equipment choices, or anything else specific to your project.
