By visiting or booking with Gorse Café, you agree to comply with all listed terms. Any violation may lead to cancellation of services or access restrictions.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are confirmed only after payment acknowledgment. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In time: 12:00 PM | Check-Out time: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
4. Liability
Gorse Café is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, misplaced, or damaged during your visit or stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables properly.
5. Health & Safety
We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please follow all café, spa, and accommodation safety guidelines during your visit.
6. Use of Facilities
Our amenities — sauna, open-space sitting, and lounge — are for registered guests and customers only. Management reserves the right to restrict access for maintenance or private events.
7. Payment Policy
We accept all major payment modes (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking). Taxes and service charges are applied as per the current government norms.
8. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected during bookings or inquiries remains strictly confidential. We do not share customer data with any third party without consent.
9. Changes to Policy
Gorse Café reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with updated effective dates.
